Q; What puppies are available?
- Upcoming puppies will be announced before becoming available. Once a puppy is ready to go home you will see the words (available) next to that pup's name in the (puppies) tab
Q; How big do the puppies get?
- a puppy size can not be guaranteed but can be estimated based on parent size and breed this information will be listed in the description when you click a puppy in the (puppies) tab
Q: Are deposits required?
- NO, we accept cash at pick up. Our pups are sold on a first come first serve basis so customers do have the option to place a deposit to hold the puppy you want this will have to be discussed ,please contact us
Health Guarantee
All puppies come with a health guarantee if/when the puppy is taken to a vet of their choice at their own expense within 48 business hours of purchase. If anything arises that is minor and if there is a treatment provided by your vet we will cover the medication. If anything major is wrong please contact us immediately to discuss the exchange or refund of the puppy. We do not cover emergency vet hospital bills. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately schedule with us by phone/text to return a puppy back in an emergency situation. Your warranty will be void if you do not visit your vet in 48 business hours. If you have any issues with not being able to find a vet please reach out to us so we can help.
Picking up your puppy
Once you have decided on you fur baby you will then reach out by phone or text to arrange to pick up. Pick-up will be in SPARTANBURG SC. Meet-up or drop-off will require a travel deposit and will have to be discussed. NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR PICK UP. WE ACCEPT CASH AT PICK UP
Return Policy
We do not accept the return of any puppies for any reason other than our 48-hour health warranty. With the exception that you are not able to take care of your puppy for personal reasons after purchase. Please understand you will not receive a refund for anything other than the 48-hour health guarentee.
